Recommended reading for Spring 2019

Hi,
As spring is now upon us, I have been looking for cooking inspirations. I have always liked Nigel Slater and bought his Kitchen Diaries 1 and 2. I just got part 3 in hard copy which is really useful - full of fairly easy to make recipes.

What appeals to me is perhaps the simplicity of the recipes and the month by month narrative. As a researcher into narratives/autoethnography, it is a joy to see a cookery writer intertwine their story and reflections with the practicalities of food preparation.

Much recommended!
